I have reviewed the photos of the MSTC40 strap added at the front garage wall. Instead of placing it directly on the double
plate at the top of the garage door, it is approximately 3"higher. The strap is nailed to solid blocking all the way across.
This is an acceptable alternate to what was stated in the previous memo.
