This message was sent from outside your organization and we are unable to verify the Allow sender( Block sender. sender Hi Allyson. I have included page 7 of the drawings with the engineer's notes in red for clarity. Please note the (3) steel posts in red indicated by arrows. To the left, you can see the engineer's note, "4x4#2 DFL min post, U.N.O." This is for the remainder of the posts. The post sleeves are indicated on the drawings, on page 4, detail 10-54. Detail S-4 is on page 4 of the Champion engineering, which refers to "corner column per 20". On page 1 of the Champion engineering, refer to "20 Corner Post". The connection from the post sleeves to all posts are indicated on sheet 30 of the Peterson engineering. The Champion engineering covers the gravity loads of the post sleeves. The 4x4 wood posts are only to make the connection from the post base to the post sleeve for uplift. 4x4 wood posts are only necessary on patio covers, for uplift. On the patio rooms, we have a base track to which the post sleeve attaches. Let me know if this clears things up. Thanks, Joe 1 1.
