CENTER ADVISORY COMMISSION.
WHEREAS a voting p so position on the Town Center Advisory Commission is vacant as the result of the

resignation of Christopher Allen;and

WHEREAS, Hemendra Mathur was appointed a non-voting alternate member in December 2018 and is
eligible to be appointed as a voting member.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
SECTION 1: Hemendra Mathur is appointed as a voting member to a fill a term that expires December
31,2021.
SECTION 2: This resolution is effective immediately upon passage.
