Chairman: Chuck Samuel was elected chairman of the Tigard Civic Center
Dedication Committee
Motion: It was moved and seconded that the dedication activities be
planned for Tuesday, May 13 through Sunday, May 18, 1986. Motion passed
unanimously.
2. After much discussion concensus was reached on the following, subject to
further revision if necessary:
MAYORST DINNER (by special invitation and open to all)

There should be sale of shrubs, bricks and TAG catalog at every activity
Mayors' dinner and buffet should be self-supporting and raise funds as well

Will TAG committee have catalog ready?
Publicity - who will do?
