cially entering its 100th Centennial Year as a community;whereas, the
City of Tigard is celebrating the 25th year of its incorporation as a City,
and whereas, the Tigard Civic Center complex is soon to be complete
and in need of an appropriate dedication and community celebration.

Week in honor of the above occassions. Therefore, let the citizens and
friends of the good City of Tigard join in the festivities of the week cul-
minating with the official Dedication and Ribbon Cutting ceremony of
