New Addition: 8,000 sq. feet

City Hall & Library Facilities: 68,534 sq. feet (w/Library addition)

USAGE
Use of the Library can be expected to increase by 30% to an average of 100
patrons at any given time. The Library itself will increase in size by 37%.
Library averages 200 patrons during its peak usage. Municipal Court
averages 80 customers during its peak usage.
