Items for Discussion:
• Proceed with issuing an RFP for the entire project (programming, design
and construction)
• Should programming include the possibility of a second expansion on
current site f ive years after completion of this expansion?
How and when should the Committee communicate its progress on the
expansion to City Council and to local residents?
Funding:
The Grace (Tigard) Houghton Estate has donated $816,585 to the Tigard
Library. In addition, the City Building Fund is available for planning and
design ($100,000 in FY99-00).
