Purpose: ( Observe Lot 7 Subgrade
Outstanding Issues:
I observed crew had excavated to approx. planned subgrade Lot 7 (see site plan). I observed the subgrade to consist
of brown silt with a loose skiff of crushed rock over the subgrade. Using a1/2"diameter steel foundation probe, I
evaluated the relative consistency of lot 7 subgrade. Probe resistance indicated generally medium stiff to stiff
conditions.
Based on our observations, it is our opinion the lot subgrade observed today, as indicated on the attached site plan,
has been prepared in general accordance with our geotechnical recommendations.
