Purpose: Observe Lot 118 Subgrade
Outstanding Issues:
I observed crew had excavated to approx. planned subgrade elevation building 7. I observed the subgrade to consist
of brown silt. Using a'A"diameter steel foundation probe, I evaluated the relative consistency of lot 118 subgrade.
Probe resistance indicated generally stiff conditions.
Based on our observations, it is our opinion the lot subgrade observed today, as indicated on the attached site plan,
has been prepared in general accordance with our geotechnical recommendations.
