A tract of land located in Lot 2, "EDGEWOOD" and situated in the Southeast One-
Quarter of Section 2 in Township 2 South Range 1 west of the Willamette Meridian, City
of Tigard, Clackamas County, State of Oregon, said tract of land described in "Parcel
V111" of Washington County Recorders Deed Records recorded October 16, 1997 at
Document Number 97097055. The boundaries of said tract are described by bearings and
distance depicted on the map of survey recorded in Washington County Surveyors
Record 29167 as follows:
Beginning at a 5/8 inch iron rod with yellow plastic cap inscribed "DEHAAS ASSOC.
INC." monumenting the point of intersection of the North line of Lot 2 "EDGEWOOD",
Washington County Plat 2-73, with the easterly right-of-way of Hall Boulevard, (C.R. A-
130), said Right-of way established easterly in direction, a perpendicular distance of
30.00 feet from the centerline of said road;
Thence South 87°39'27" East 846.68 to a 5/8 inch iron rod with yellow plastic cap
inscribed "DEHAAS ASSOC. INC." monumenting the northeast corner of
aforementioned Lot 2; thence South 02°52'01" West, coincident with a portion of the
easterly line of said Lot 2, a distance of 29.72 feet to a 5/8 inch iron with yellow plastic
cap inscribed"ALPHA ENG. INC."; thence North 87°39'27" West 176.72 feet to a 1/2
inch iron pipe with elbow, thence North 77° 09'30" West 54.56 feet to a 3/4 inch iron
pipe; thence North 87°39'27" West 615.34 feet to a point on aforementioned easterly
right-of-way of Hall Boulevard, monumented by a 5/8 inch iron rod with yellow plastic
cap inscribed "ALHA ENG. INC.", Thence North 00°19'29" East, coincident with said
right-of-way, 19.79 feet to the point of beginning and containing 0.43 acres of land ,
more or less.
