Jesse,on reviewing your application for the above demolition permit I note that in Monica's 2/5/19 email she expressed
concern about making sure that tree protection fencing is up around the demo site. If the protective fencing has already
been installed please have your arborist send me an email to that effect, otherwise please have it installed and let me
know. Meanwhile I have coded this application "Approved but Not Released" pending tree protection installation. Plan
Review will proceed but the permit will be on Hold until the tree protection is installed.

05. Prior to submittal of any permits, submit an address request. The City of Tigard is responsible for the approval of new street names and assigning addresses for
parcels within the City of Tigard. Submit an Autocad file of the preliminary plat for the review of street name and assigning addresses. Contact Oscar Contreras with
Engineering Division at 503-718-2678 for the submission of the Autocad file and ensuring that new street names are approved and addresses are assigned. Prior to
permit submission pay the addressing fee. The address fee shall be assessed in accordance with the current Master Fee Schedule.
