On sheet B2—the dotted lined shows the fireplace with the bookshelves. On this lot Riverside will be building the fireplace with the bookshelves on each side. On page A3 the detail for the bookshelves is circled. Riverside has"options" on our page so we do not have to have an architect design each plan per lot. These changes cost Riverside a lot of money. Riverside has done this now for 3 neighborhoods with the City of Tigard. I have met with multiple reviewers and all have given me permission to do it this way so long as the options we are building are circled and the options we are not building are crossed off,which is what I have done.
