As mentioned in our conversation, the building probably will not be 100% completed at this time due to the current construction strike, however, the items that will not be completed are minor and would not involve any code or ordinance violations. The most important items not completed are as i follows: 1 1. The parking lot striping has not been started, however, {( it is possible that through the use of temporary barricades ` and personnel an orderly traffic control can be established. 2. The parking lot lighting is not operational. 3. The Kitchen-Dining area in the Meier & Frank Store will not he completed, however, it is not contemplated to use this area at this time. I am enclosing correspondence from the office of the State Fire I Marshal, dated July 3, 1973, consenting to the Meier & Frank 1 opening prior to the opening of the mall buildings and correspondence from Mr. Wilburn Dodge, Washington County Fire F District No. 1 , Plans Examiner, relating to the same matter.
