Box 23635 Portland, Oregon 97223 Dear Ms. Fyllingness: Re: Shears Ahead (PC 4242) Square Too The plans for this tenant improvement have been examined with reference to currently applicable fire safety regulations and as a result we are listing as follows those requirements which must be observed during the course of construction and for which we found no specific provisions in the submitted drawings. In the first instance, the automatic sprinkler system which protects this building must be extended to cover this project area. The plans must be submitted to and approved by a representative of this office prior to the initiation of any sprinkler system alteration work. the exit door must be openable from the inside at all times for immediate exit without the use of a key, special knowledge or effort. One set of approved plans must be maintained on the project site through- out all phases of construction and must be made available to building and fire inspectors for reference during the required construction inspections. And, inspection and approval of construction by a representative of this office is required prior to the concealment of any structural elements following the installation of utility runs which will be located within wall and partition cavities. Also, prior to opening for business, a Certificate of Occupancy or other written instrument of acceptance must be obtained from the Washington County Building Department.
