The corner braced wall panel over the garage does not meet prescriptive path. The joists are hanging off the beam and not cantilevered and/or doubled at the end. Please let me know if you have any questions. The same issue has come up with other plans in the same subdivision previously. On those plans a separate stamped engineered page was submitted.
