Sensitive Lands Tree Replacement Required

The applicant shall plant a replacement tree for each tree removed, or pay a fee in
lieu of planting, in accordance with the Sensitive Lands Tree Replacement
Standards in Section 6, part 2 of the Urban Forestry Manual.
This decision is final and valid for a period of up to one year after issuance unless
otherwise specified. Nothing prevents you from submitting another tree permit
application if the conditions and circumstances surrounding this removal have
changed.

On the property owned by Brian and Rachel Morrison (13870 SW Fernridge Terrance Tigard OR, 97223)there are 3
dead Alder trees.The three Adler trees are completely dead, the bark is peeling, and have large rotten cavities.These
three Alder trees have butt rot and dead rotten limbs.The three dead Alder trees are leaning towards a park and a
home. Two of the dead Alder trees could fall in the nearest street and are a hazard to Greenfield Drive.These dead
Alders need to be removed.

We had our new trees planted today! We have planted three Quaking Aspens to satisfy the City's requirement for
replacing the 3 dead Alder trees we had removed from our property. Attached our photographs of our new Quaking
Aspen replacement trees.
Is there any other information I can provide to you in order for our land use case to be closed?
