Purpose: Observe Lot 210 & 212 footing undermining.
Outstanding Issues:
I observed crews had excavated along the continuous footings on Lots 210& 212 to install plumbing in the areas
indicated on the attached site plan. The continuous footings were undermined by approx. 3-4"along approx. 4' of
the footing. We recommend backfilling the excavations with crushed rock and compacting the material adequately.

Based on our observations,if is our opinion that the footings observed today are being prepared in general
accordance with our geotechnical recommendations.
