When operating normally, only radiant heat passes through the front grill. If conditions exist which force hot gases through the front grill of heater, the installation must be altered to correct the condition. Limited Warranty and Service SUNPAK® Infrared Heaters carry a 90-day commercial or one-year residential limited factory war- ranty.All heaters are stamped with the date of manufacture.
