Hi Jim and Aaron,
Thank you for reaching out on this project. The following revision is for the Lewis Remodel Project located at 13245 SW
Burnham Court,Tigard Oregon.The epoxy embed shown in details 3 and 4 on sheet S2.1 can be revised to omit the
epoxy requirement. Rebar to be dry pounded into existing foundation. Embed of bars, number of bars and type of bars
are to remain per plans.
