Dear Building Official,
The single family home foundation has been supported per the permit drawings. The Installation was
n periodic structural under my lod c pe st uctural observation as per the design documents.
The piers ranged averaged a 20' depth and driven to +/- 3000 psi. The alignment was as per design
The installation meets my design standards. The push piers and wall brackets are installed per my
structural design.
Pressures were held overnight w/o loss or movement which exceeded the length of time stipulated on
the drawings for the test piers.
Please accept this letter as my final acceptance of this installation.
