Carlson Testing, Inc., as well as our own observations during our site visits, we believe that the
CWS Durham O&M Building & Conference Building Phase II project located at 16580 SW 85th
Ave, in Tigard, Oregon, was constructed in general compliance with the structural plans and
specifications.
