Purpose: Observe Lot 234 Subgrade (16824 SW Rockhampton Ln)
Outstanding Issues:
Upon arrival I observed earthwork crews had prepared lot 234 (16824 Rockhampton Ln) to subgrade elevation
and had placed a skiff(2"-3") of crushed rock as cover. Subgrade appeared to consist of brown silt. I used a
1/2" dia steel foundation probe to evaluate the consistency of the subgrade. Resistance to penetration
indicates generally stiff to very stiff subgrade conditions.
Based on observations and probing, it is our opinion that lot 234 (16824 Rockhampton Ln) subgrade observed
today and where indicated on the attached site plan is being prepared in general accordance with our
geotechnical recommendations.
