Call to Order The regular meeting of the Tigard Library Board
and Roll Call was called to order by Chairman Yvonne Burgess .
at 1 :40 P.M.
Guest :Pat Stryker. Excused: Darlene Laughlin
and Nancie Stimler.
Reports : The minutes of the previous meeting were apprvoed.
Pat Stryker, Capital Improvements Consultant for
Washington County Cooperative Library Services,
gave a brief overview of information collected
regarding Tigard ' s library needs to ,year 2000.
A written report will be forthcoming.
The Librarian presented the monthly report for
March.
Old Business : the circulation policy which has been developed
sine September 1979 was presented for. Board
Motion : approval . Jeri Cundiff moved that the policy
be adopted . Motion was seconded and passed .
The meeting was adjourned at 2 : 55 P.M.
