Present at the meeting were Ann Hicks, Dee Patterson,
Rosanna Peterson, and Mary Slemons.
Librarian Ann Hicks announced the City' s desire for once-
a--month Board meetings and the Board' s checking over all library
bills. The City Auditor will audit library accounts and write
all checks. The Board will recommend how all moneys will be
spent.
Approximately ?18,800.00 will be the 1973 library budgeti
soizie of this amount will go as an increase in Ann' s salary.
.v2,500.00 will go towards books only.
It was moved and seconded to accept the City' s ordinance
pertaining to the Library Trust �`und.
The first Tuesday of each month will be the Board' s regular
monthly meeting date; 6:00 p.m. will be the appointed time.
It was decided to cancel the July meeting because of conflicts
of holidays and vacations.
Dee Patterson agreed to be on the Board for one more year.
The meeting was then adjourned.
