Slemons, Ken Carlisle, and Anne Hicks.
The chairman, Jeri Cundiff, opened the meeting and the
minutes were read and, approved.
Under old business, it was approved that a letter be
submitted to tale City Council sur,-,-gestinlthat Yvonne 3urgess
replace Rosanna Pete-son or, the Library BaaNd and that a
letter of thanks be sent to Rosanna 2eterson for her work
on the Board.
Under new business, the new member,Ken Carlisle, was
introduced to the rest of the Board an,",. welcomed. The
gift to the library from the Friends of the Library- a
book cart- was shown and admired as a needy addition to
the library. Anne announced that the budget for the next
10
year would be cominA7 up soon and she is asking for .1.900.
more for new books .
