The President opened the meeting. No minutes were read as they
were temporarily lost.
Under Old Business, the Board was informed that the Z- outside
fee was in effect and that the 3 cents a da.,. fine was going
very well. idore X2.50 new cards were issued.
Under New Business-
On October 23rd, their will be a meeting of the Washington
County Librarians and a Board i°Aember from each to schedule
times for the Consultant to visit each territory. Either
Ntary or Ken will go with the Librarian.
On Nov. 18 a meeting will be held with the Consultant.
Yvonne will go with Anne to this one.
The author's Fair will be Nov.l'!h.
The Xerox machine will be installed as soon as the coin
boxes are ready. The electricity is in.
Meeting was then adjourned. Those attending were Ken Carlisle,
Yvonne Burgess, Mary :Slemons, Jeri Cundiff, and Anne Nicks.
