They are#1 Tree Protection, #8 CWS Stormwater Connection Authorization, and#10 Revise plans to show upgrade of driveway apron to ADA standards. Until these three conditions are Met we cannot issue the permits and they will remain on hold as "Approved (for Plan Review) but Not Released." Please forward to Lina a statement from your arborist that the required tree protection is satisfactory and in place and please forward materials for Conditions 8& 10 to Brady Bullinger. Also please copy me on those submittals so that I know they've come in. Also, PFI2018-00161 is still "In Review" and I understand that we're waiting to hear back from CWS about this application. I have copied Albert on this email to respond to the approval and release of the above permits. 1 Once we have approval to release these permits,we can complete post-review and provide an invoice of the fees due, with the exception of the new building permit that must have plan review completed which should be done within the next 1-2 weeks. I would also like to mention that you will need to submit for the plumbing site utilities that are generally issued in conjunction with site work permits.
