District 23J to prepare our community's young people for success in school and beyond;

WHEREAS, the governance of our school district is dependent on dedicated community
servants to provide sound budgetary and operational oversight, set high standards for
q :! academic achievement and ensure our school buildings are safe and meet the needs of
students, teachers and the community; and '
