Please find attached building and electrical permit applications, three sets of plans,
calculations, and product submittals for the fire alarm tenant improvements at the address
shown above.
Occupancy Group: B
The fire alarm system design includes the following:
1. Relocate the existing FCI FACP behind the front entry desk.
2. Reuse the existing 2 phone lines for offsite communication.
3. Relocate (1) manual pull station near the front entry.
4. Relocate (2) existing duct smoke detectors and (2) fire smoke dampers.
5. Install new ADA synchronized fire alarm notification devices in the tenant space
including (30) horn strobes & (103) strobes.
6. We will pre-test the fire alarm devices prior to requesting a final fire alarm
inspection.
