The purpose of the analysis is to determine acceptability of the tower stress level. Based on our analysis we have determined the tower stress level for the structure and foundation, under the following load case, to be: LC7: Proposed Equipment Configuration Sufficient Capacity This analysis utilizes an ultimate 3-second gust wind speed of 120 mph (converted an equivalent 93 mph nominal 3-second gust wind speed per Section 1609.3.1 for use with TIA 222 G) as required by the 2014 Oregon Structural Specialty Code (OSSC). Selected output from the analysis is included in Appendix A. 3.2) Assumptions 1) Tower and structures were built and maintained in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications. 2) The configuration of antennas, transmission cables, mounts and other appurtenances are as specified in Tables 1 and 2 and the referenced drawings. 3) Pier and Pad reinforcing is unknown. Rebar area was assumed to be 0.5% of the area of the pier, 0.18%for pad. This analysis may be affected if any assumptions are not valid or have been made in error.
