I have revised the sewer tally, and it is attached above for you. There are enough credits to pay for the sewer fees. The
only fees due will be the plumbing permit fees. Also,there will be 3.81 EDU credits available for future usage.

I'm following up on our conversation regarding the recalculation of the plumbing SDC fees with the
credits from both the TGI Fridays restaurant and the movie theater that were on the Jaguar parcel.
As you may know the contractor on site is pleading with me to get this resolved so he can pull his
plumbing permit. This work is critical to the schedule and can't be inspected until we get this resolved
and paid....

I just spoke with Don regarding plan review, and he said that the floor drains and floor sinks that are listed on the
plumbing application are not shown in the plans. We will need to receive (2) sets of revised plans that show the
locations of each fixture. Plan review is nearly complete, so once we receive these revised plans,we will be able to
complete plan review quickly for you. If you have any questions, please let me know.

Our plumbing inspector who is completing plan review, Don Sylvester, has left for the day. I will check with him
tomorrow regarding the estimated completion date. Don currently has this permit on his desk and is reviewing it. I will
find out more from him tomorrow.
