Dear Kristin:
As the structural engineer of record for the Bonita Court Apartments Shoring Wall, a
representative of Roggenkamp Structural Engineers, PC (RSE) performed periodic structural
site observation visits at the project site during the construction phase. Special inspection was
provided by ACS Testing, Inc. and by Shannon and Wilson, Inc. ACS Testing, Inc. has
submitted a final inspection letter dated November 29, 2018, and Shannon and Wilson, Inc. has
submitted a final summary letter dated December 17, 2018.
To the best of our knowledge, the structural portion of the project with which RSE was involved
has been constructed in general accordance with permit approved drawings.
