There will be minimal site improvements and modifications. All County Surveyors & Planners, Inc. has designed a Low Impact Development Approach (LIDA) Rain Garden (with associated piping) to supplement the existing onsite stormwater management system and meet the stormwater management requirements of the City of Tigard and Clean Water Services for New Impervious Surfaces, Modified Impervious Surfaces, and Permanently Removed Impervious Surfaces.
