Lindsey, on reviewing your applications and plans for SIT2018-00021 and BUP2018-00211 we note that 6 of the
Conditions of Approval of the underlying Land Use Case,SDR2017-00007, have not yet been Met. Please see the
attached list of conditions. Plan Review will continue but I'll code both of these applications as "Approved but Not
Released"which will put them on hold until the required conditions have been met. Please let me know if you have any
questions.

Lindsay,three of the Conditions of Approval under your Land Use Permit SDR2017-00007 are still Not Met. They are#1
Tree Protection,#8 CWS Stormwater Connection Authorization,and#10 Revise plans to show upgrade of driveway
apron to ADA standards. Until these three conditions are Met we cannot issue the permits and they will remain on hold
as "Approved (for Plan Review) but Not Released." Please forward to Lina a statement from your arborist that the
required tree protection is satisfactory and in place and please forward materials for Conditions 8& 10 to Brady
Bullinger. Also please copy me on those submittals so that I know they've come in.
Also, PFI2018-00161 is still "In Review" and I understand that we're waiting to hear back from CWS about this
application. I've attached a highlighted copy of the Conditions of Approval.

Here is a list of the permits and current status:
• BUP2018-00202—Demo Permit—pending approval/release from permit coordinator for tree protection plan.
• SIT2018-00021—Site Work Permit—building plan review complete and pending approval/release from permit
coordinator for tree protection plan.
• BUP2018-00211—Building Permit—building plan review in progress and pending approval/release from permit
coordinator for tree protection plan.
I have copied Albert on this email to respond to the approval and release of the above permits.

Once we have approval to release these permits,we can complete post-review and provide an invoice of the fees due,
with the exception of the new building permit that must have plan review completed which should be done within the
next 1-2 weeks.
I would also like to mention that you will need to submit for the plumbing site utilities that are generally issued in
conjunction with site work permits. I have attached the application for completion and submittal along with (2)sets of
plans.
