The sign area may be increased 1 square foot for each lineal foot the sign is moved back from the front property line to which the sign is adjacent. If the street is curbed and paved, the measurement shall be taken from a point that is 15 feet from the pavement. This increase in sign area is limited to a maximum of 90 square feet per face or a total of 180 square feet for all faces, and e. Freestanding signs located next to the public right-of-way shall not exceed 20 feet in height. Height may be increased one foot in height for each 10 feet of setback from the property line or a point 15 feet from the edge of pavement, whichever is less, to a maximum of 22 feet in height; 2. Wall signs. a. Wall signs, including illuminated reader-boards, may be erected or maintained but shall not exceed in gross area 15 percent of any building face on which the sign is to be mounted, b.
