too close to the property line to allow a cantilevered fireplace bump-out with a direct vent condition as shown in original drawings.A
full-height chimney condition will not suffice.The plan has been revised to show a flush side elevation and the fireplace bumped into
the living area on the attached bulletin page:MA-22.1-MA-22.3 and any accompanying structural documents.
