Matt, in reviewing your application and plans for your SW Atlanta Storage facility we note that of the 25 conditions of
approval of CUP2017-00004 that are required to be met prior to commencing site improvements only one has been met
at this time. Accordingly, I will classify this application as "Approved (for Plan Review) but Not Met." Plan Review will
proceed but the permit will otherwise be on Hold until the requisite conditions have been met. Please let me know if
