The cement treated fill was very stiff and the native soils were stiff and are considered suitable for building support to an allowable bearing pressure of 2,000 psf. The cement treated fill was very stiff and the native soils were stiff and are considered suitable for building support to an allowable bearing pressure of 2,000 psf, however,we recommended deepening of the west wall by 18 inches to achieve a proper footing to slope setback and embedment.
