Pursuant to our telephone conversation,we are no longer intending to create an ADU from our basement space.
"Boxing" of the existing recessed lighting to maintain a ceiling firewall is cost prohibitive. Therefore,we will be applying
a single layer of drywall on the ceiling because a double layer firewall is no longer required.
