given his verbal consent for the light to be installed at
the location as indicated on the attached map.
As I mentioned, the City of Tigard requests that you,
as the developer/owner of the prODerty, purchase and install
the necessary lighting equipment. .
Upon notification from you that the light is in and
ready for. connection, I will notify Mr. HieberL and await
his authorization for energizing.
