Please find attached building and electrical permit applications, three sets of plans,
calculations, and product submittals for the fire alarm tenant improvements at the address
shown above.
This work is for a new multi-story building with an occupancy Group: S
Fire Sprinklers: Yes
The following fire alarm system components will be installed:
1. Install (1) new sprinkler monitoring FA control panel.
2. Install (1) remote annunciator at the front entry lobby.
3. Install (1) manual pull station at the front entry lobby.
4. Install (6) sprinkler water flow switch connections.
5. Install (8) sprinkler supervisory switch connections.
6. Install (2) sprinkler vault supervisory switch connections.
7. Install (6) heat detectors for elevator functions.
8. Install (14) smoke detectors for elevator functions.
9. Install (8) relay modules for elevator functions.
10. Install (20) duct smoke detectors for HVAC control.
11. Install (5) relay modules for HVAC/FSD control.
12. We will pre-test the fire alarm devices prior to requesting a final fire alarm
inspection.
