Robert, Plan Review may be complete for SIT2018-00019 but please see my email to Richard on 7/11/18 immediately
below. PFI2019-00153 is still under review but of greater concern to me is that none of the Conditions of Approval of
the governing Land Use case,ADJ2018-00001, have been met. Accordingly,as stated in my 7/11 email, SIT2018-00019
will be on Hold as"Approved (for Plan Review) but Not Released" until all of the highlighted conditions have been
met. Please let me know if you have any questions.

Richard, on reviewing your application and plans for SIT2018-00019 we note that the PFI permit, PF12018-00153 is still
under review and that none of the various conditons of approval under the governing land use case,ADJ2018-00001
have been met. Accordingly, I will code this application as "Approved (for Plan Review) but NOT Released." Plan Review
will proceed but the application will otherwise be on hold until the PFI is issued and the requisite conditions of approval
have been met.

The site work permit plan review was completed by the building plans examiner on 7/18/2018. It is waiting for approval
from the Permit Coordinator, Albert Shields,to be released for issuance. Once Albert releases it,the permit and plans
will be routed to the building permit technicians to invoice permit fees and we will contact you as soon as the permit is
ready to issue with the balance due.

ready for pick up?
We will be sending Brady the PFI 1st Redlines with revised plans tomorrow. These also include revisions per TVWD's 1st

You are correct. The site work permit is in the que for review, and will not be held up pending engineering or planning
condition approval. Only the permit issuance is held up pending conditions and approval for release.

Here is a response regarding site work and demo permits:
• Demo permits: have not received the mailed in applications from Roger Leger.
• Site work permits: in the que to be plan reviewed, however the permit is on hold pending
approval for release by engineering(issuance of PFI) and planning conditions to be met. Albert
Shields, permit coordinator,will let us know when the minimal conditions have been met to
release the site work permit. The plans examiner will contact you if they have any plan review
questions.
