The permit fees will be based on the project valuation to remove the equipment. The commercial building permit application is attached. So even though this permit is past the 180 days for approved plan review, it is still in ready to issue status and can be picked up once the permit fees are paid ($641.77) and the contractor is identified. If you are planning on picking up the permit in the next month or two you should be just fine. We would contact the applicant prior to actually expiring a permit.
