site visits were performed as follows:
May 30,2018–We inspected and approved Lots 178 and 179. The inspection letter for these two lots is attached.
June 5,2018–We inspected and approved Lots 176 and 177. The inspection letter for these two lots is attached.
June 12,2018–We inspected and approved Lots 173, 174,and 175. The inspection letter for these three lots is
attached.
All forms and rebar were installed as specified:on the citylapproveci plans, before our firm inspected and gave our
final approval for the contractor to pour concrete.

Lot 178
All forms were in general compliance with the engineering design. The footings met or exceeded the dimensions
required by the design. Footing and wall stem rebarit5
wereincompliance except for in the wall stem of the 10'-tall
wall. The vertical rebar in place during our site visit were bars @
12"o.c. The design calls for#5 vertical bars @
8"o.c.;while on site,our firm recommended adding a vertical#5 bar between each currently installed#5 bar,to
achieve 6"o.c.spacing.
Lot 179
All forms,footings,wall stems,and rebar placement were incorAplilance with the engineering design. No changes
were recommended during our site visit.
