FR252B(7/10)-Vertical cut at base of retaining walls on lots 119 and 126
Upon arrival I observed lot s d 116 had been prepared to final subgrade elevation. I observed subgrade
consisted of generally brown si t with varying amounts of gravel. I used a1/2"diameter steel foundation probe to
evaluate the consistency of the subgrade. Based on probing and resistance to penetration, subgrade appears
generally stiff to very stiff.
Based on observations and probing, it is our opinion that lot 115 and 116 subgrade observed today, where indicated
on the attached site plan, has been prepared in general accordance with our geotechnical recommendations.
