TIGARD Park & Recreation Advisory Board Agenda
The purpose of the Park and Recreation Advisory Board is to advise and advocate for park
and recreation opportunities for a growing Tigard.
MEETING DATE: August 13, 2018 5:30 — 8 p.m.
MEETING LOCATION: Tigard Public Works Building, 8777 SW Burnham St.
5:30 p.m. 1. Call to Order and Roll Call
Chair will call the meeting to order. Recorder will conduct roll can.
5:32 p.m. 2. Comments from the Audience
Call for comments from the public (speaking time will be limited).
5:35 p.m. 3. Election of PRAB Officers
The PRAB will elect officers for the next year.
5:50 p.m. 4. Update on the Park and Recreation Fee (PARF)
Public Works Manager Steve Martin will give an update on the PARF.
6:00 pm 5. Embark for Park Tour
The PRAB members will load and leave for a tour of park areas.
8:00 p.m. 6. Return to Public Works
The PRAB members will return to Public Works
8:00 P.M. 7. Adjourn
The Park and Recreation Advisory Board meeting on August 13, 2018, will begin at 5:30
p.m.
Limited regular business will be conducted; the PRAB has opted to tour Tigard parks and
open space properties on that date.
The PRAB will meet in September at their regular time.
