Report Description of Work:
KVN Construction,Inc.will install all materials per manufacturer specifications and industry standards
and provide all necessary labor,materials, equipment and disposal to complete the scope of work listed
above as described below:
Replace Siding and Trim Per Scope of Work in the Areas Indicated Below:
- Pertains to 4 entry ways Tl (C;`,✓S 7
- Remove and dispose of existing cedar siding and trim I c
- Install new Water Resistive Barrier(WRB) over existing sheathing
• WeatherSmart Synthetic Drainable
- Apply SAM tape as needed for proper waterproofing
• 4"FortyFlash(SAM)
- Install new Primed Cedar Trim as needed for proper waterproofing:
• Trim on arches(5/4 x 12)
• Outside Corners(rounded decko corners)
• Inside Corners if needed(2x2)
• Trim at top transition between siding and column(2 x 6)
- Install new Primed Cedar blocks:
• Lights
- Install white Pre-Painted 26 gauge flashing at all areas as needed for proper waterproofing:
• Flex flashing above arch trim
• Horizontal Trims
• Blocks
• Stone-to-column sections
- Install new Primed Siding:
• Bevel FJ Cedar Lap Siding:
▪ Reveal:4.5"
• Columns and behind arches:
• Primed Breckinridge
- Fasteners to all be Stainless Steel
- All exposed cuts on siding material to be primed
- Caulk all joints and seems as needed
• Quad Max(Polyurethane Sealant)
- Re-install lights
- Thoroughly clean jobsite and dispose of all construction debris

Exterior Painting:
- Painting applies to:
• Areas where new siding is installed
- Prep exterior as needed
- Apply 2(two) coats of exterior paint
- Up to 2(two)colors will be applied to the exterior

• 2'Color: Trim
- Colors to be provided by owner or color matched at a local Sherwin Williams as close as possible
to existing paint colors
- All prep to be done carefully to protect fencing,flowers/trees, cars,roofing and other important
items around the property from being over sprayed
