Vista Structural Engineering,LLC,was called to the site to inspect the installation of the 7/8"-diameter anchor rod
as shown in detail 10/52.2 and in the location of the attached partial floor plan. We were onsite on Tuesday,July
17th. Our firm arrived onsite after Sage Built's foundation contractor had drilled the hole for installation of the
anchor. We verified that the hole was 14"deep and we witnessed the contractor blow out the hole to remove any
dust particles. The contractor injected Simpson SET-3G epoxy and inserted the anchor rod to the bottom of the
hole. We recommend approval of the installation of this anchor rod.
