As requested,special inspection of the installation of Terra Firma push piers was conducted on June 14,2018.The repair
involved placement of 7 push piers,as shown on the plans from this office dated 5/16/2018.The push piers were installed
beyond the minimum installation pressure of 1350 psi(4'A"RAM)and the minimum depth of 8 feet.Each pier installation is
acceptable regarding project requirements.It is noted that the EOR approved the change of location of the piers.
