Recommended Upgrade of existing Alarm System:
1. Replace existing Fire Alarm Control Panel and Digital Transmitter Control Panel
with new Silent Knight 5808 Fire Alarm Control Panel.
Includes: (2) 12-Volt 8amp Rechargeable Batteries
2. install new Silent Knight SK5860R Digital Keypad I Remote Annunciator Unit located in
Main Entry/Exit Foyer Area.
3. Install Silent Knight 5496 Aux Rechargeable Power Supply Control Panel.
includes: (2) 12-Volt 8amp Rechargeable Batteries
4. Install (21), Fire Horn Strobe Devices thru out building area as required by fire code.
5. Install (10) Strobe Light Devices thru-out building area as required by fire code.
6. Install(2) Outside Fire Horn Strobe Light Devices.
7. Install (3) Silent Knight Addressable Module for Fire Alarm Sprinkler Flow&Tamper Devices.
8. Install Relay Module for Fire Alarm Sprinkler Flow&Tamper Devices.
9. Install new 14 ga. Fire Alarm Cable for Fire Horn Strobe Light&Strobe Light Devices.
10.Install new 18 ga. Fire Alarm Cable for Smoke&Heat Detector Devices.
11.Replace existing Smoke Detectors in with (41) new Smoke Detectors with Built-in Bases.
12.Replace Fire Alarm Pull Stations with (6) new Silent Knight Addressable Pull Stations.
13.Replace& Install (6) new Silent Knight addressable Loop Type Rate of Rise Heat Detectors.
14.Reconnect new Silent Knight Fire Alarm Control Panel to customer provided Standard
Telephone line for 24-hour Monitoring Services.
15.Check and test Security Alarm System for proper operation & reporting to the central station.

►No warranty on customer's existing wiring, sensors, controls,etc.
► Electrical permit will be additional cost of$125.00(if required)
► Fire Permit/Plan Submittal and testing will be at additional cost. (Approx. 10-15%of project)
►Additional Fire Alarm Sensors or Warning Devices Maybe required by Authority having Jurisdiction
&State/Local Fire Codes. Customer is responsible if any additional devices are required
► Electrical Co.or other to run dedicated circuit to the fire alarm control, mark it red,and provide a lock on
for the assigned aker(if necessary), and check high voltage wiring at the control panel
